Rod holds an Interprovincial ticket, a Class A licence, and has over 30 years of experience in the trade. As a foreman Rod has run all sizes and types of jobs. In 1990 Rod became a Project Manager doing a variety of large and small commercial and residential jobs. Currently he is specializing in unique projects such as High Tech office buildings, generator upgrades and Industrial work.

Steve has a Interprovincial Journeyman's Ticket and has been running projects since becoming a Journeyman. As a foreman he ran large residential projects till he was moved into the office as a Project Manager in 1995. He now specializes in large concrete jobs, usually residential, but also runs large commercial and mixed use projects.
