We are happy to announce that we will be working with the PCI Group on the 3600 & 3680 East Hastings Street project in Vancouver. 3600 & 3680 East Hastings Street will bring a total of 212 new additional rental homes to Vancouver’s Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood. The ground level of both buildings will have a combined total of 18,500 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant spaces. Neil S is the foreman on site and Boris M is the project manager for this new development.
