We are happy to announce that we will be working with the Onni Group on the 424 & 454 West Pender project in Vancouver. The two 11-storey mid-rise residential towers will consist of 72 and 68 units apiece. 424 & 454 West Pender will bring an influx of at least 200 new residents to the area and will combine to add nearly 140 market-rate rental units, 176 bike stalls, and eight car-share spaces to the block. Boris M is the project manager for this new development.
