Amica Kerrisdale is a premium six-storey senior living community featuring 208 private suites designed to offer a complete “continuum of care,” allowing seniors to age in place as their medical needs evolve. The property is structurally split into dedicated care tiers including Independent & Assisted Living, Memory Care and Long-Term Care. Designed to reflect a luxury resort, the community includes an indoor swimming pool, a fully-equipped fitness centre, a relaxation room, a full-service spa, hair and beauty salon, movie theatre, arts-and-crafts kitchen, on-site pub, upscale restaurant and a library complete with a fireplace and billiards room.
