We are delighted to further collaborate with Wesgroup Properties and continue River District’s master plan with the construction of Ardea. Designed for a waterfront lifestyle, Ardea is located on the quiet side of River District, featuring 5 residential buildings totaling 204 homes. Shaping into one of Vancouver’s most diverse neighbourhoods, River District is connected through a network of trails to a vibrant urban centre, sprawling parks and a future community centre. Dustin C is the project manager and lead foreman for this new development.
