We are happy to announce that the NEL Special Projects team will be working with the ITC Construction Group on the Arts Umbrella project. Arts Umbrella’s new 50,000 square-foot home on Granville Island will significantly increase its capacity to serve young people throughout Metro Vancouver and across Canada. The facility will house a dynamic mix of studios, media hubs, distance learning labs, and exhibition and performance areas for existing and future programming. Niel P is the foreman on site and Mike K is the project manager for this new development.
