Scope of work: Lighting upgrade with landscape renovations to the central and lower plaza.
Challenges: The most challenging part was to work on a busy site with a lot of pedestrian traffic throughout the day. Also, working on an old concrete building is not always easy to find ways to run new wires. The majority of the existing infrastructure was completely rotten and some creative thinking had to be used.
Successes: Our foreman on site was very good at working around the presented challenges, with great coordination and support. We were able to deliver the project, on time, on budget and with minimal impact on existing operations. The site looks fantastic and the entire team involved was great to work with. We were able to deliver a result that would be there for generations to enjoy!
