We are happy to announce that we will be working with Zenterra Developments on Eden in the Willoughby neighbourhood of Langley, BC. Eden is a master-planned, low-rise condominium community that emphasizes a nature-focused, “soft living” design that blends modern residential comfort with extensive outdoor green spaces. The project is highly distinguished by its massive dedication to wellness and recreational spaces including over 90,000 square feet of park-inspired space featuring walking trails, landscaped courtyards, and playgrounds, a dedicated pickleball and bocce courts alongside outdoor BBQ areas and a 2,800 square foot amenity hub hosting a fully equipped fitness centre, a social lounge, and a modern co-working and conference space.
