We are happy to announce that we will be working with the Johnston Meier Insurance Agencies Group and Clark Builders on the first phase of the ERA project. This first phase, bordered by Dewdney Trunk Road, Plaza Street, and Brown Avenue in Maple Ridge, offers condominiums in north and south buildings with a cluster of city homes in the middle. Eventually, ERA will become approximately 1000 contemporary condominiums and city homes spanning three city blocks, complete with parks, shops, and office space. Nav A is the foreman on site and Ian R is the project manager for this new development.
