John Paul II Pastoral Center is a 4 level mixed use building
There are:
2 parking levels
9 residential units
4 floors of offices and meeting rooms
1 small chapel
1 small banquet / seminar room
This is a small but complicated project which has extensive lighting controls. Including low voltage lighting panels daylight sensing with dimming
This is also a LEED gold project with stringent rules.
Ed B is the PM and Gary G. is the foreman. This project is scheduled to be completed November 2014
