We are happy to announce that we will be working with Metro-Can Construction on the dual-branded Moxy and Element hotel in downtown Vancouver. Moxy and Element is a 30-storey, 317-foot lifestyle hotel tower currently under construction in the heart of Vancouver’s entertainment district. The property stacks two contrasting yet complementary Marriott lifestyle brands into a single tower, maximizing space while catering to entirely different traveler segments: Moxy (280 rooms) occupies the lower portion of the tower, focusing on short-term stays with a youthful, high-energy, and a minimalist aesthetic. Its compact rooms are paired with extensive experiential and vibrant social spaces. Element by Westin (112 rooms) is situated on the higher floors and is tailored for extended-stay corporate travelers, families, and wellness-minded guests. Rooms are designed as spacious studios and suites equipped with full in-room kitchenettes. Derek A is the site foreman and project manager for this new development.
