We are happy to announce that we will be working with Wesgroup Properties on the next phase of the River District project. Paradigm is the latest tower at River District, a master-planned community along the Fraser River in southeast Vancouver. This phase consists of three components: a 22-storey tower, five-storey midrise, and three-storey townhomes, with units ranging from 455 to 1,600 square feet. Sunny S is the foreman on site and Vince S is the project manager for this new development.
