We are happy to announce that we will be working with The Community Land Trust Foundation of BC (CLT), in partnership with TL Housing Solutions, on the Sawmill project in Vancouver. Sawmill is a collection of 337 affordable housing units for moderate and low-income individuals, families and seniors. Seventy units in the building will be three-bedroom suites, making them an option for families. Harjit S is the foreman on site and Ian R is the project manager for this new development.
