We are happy to announce that we will be working with Ledcor on the Soroptimist House project (also known as the Housing for Women by Women project) in Vancouver, British Columbia. Soroptimist House is an $85 million affordable housing redevelopment for women in the workforce, senior women, single mothers, and their children. It stands out as North America’s first major affordable housing development conceived, led, designed, and constructed by an all-female leadership, architecture, and engineering team. Erwin R is the foremen on site and Nick M is the project manager for this new development.
