We are happy to announce that we will be working with Chard Development on The Cascades project in Vancouver. The Cascades is a new rental development with 575 units; a large public plaza designed as a neighbourhood destination with splash pads, outdoor ping pong tables and picnic tables; a childcare centre; and a variety of family- and pet-friendly amenities, accessible to all residents. The proximity to a significant transit hub will eliminate an additional stop to and from work for commuting Marpole parents. Arron S is the foreman on site and Joe S is the project manager for this new development.
