NEL is pleased to announce we have a new project with Rendition Developments.
Yardarm,
4 storey commercial building with 1 level of parking located at 6th and Ontario. Dave I is the foreman. Ed B as Project Manager are teamed up for this project. This is an unusual building as it has the high voltage switch in the parkade and the unit sub is located on the roof in an outdoor enclosure.
Currently we are only working on the base building l and we are hoping to get the TI contracts.
