Project Scope
The first phase of the 205,000 square foot facility was completed in August 2019. The two storey building houses a two new ice sheet arena, library, lobby and multi-purpose spaces for seniors, youth and children. Also included is a games room, lounge and kitchen.
Phase two of the project will include a leisure pool, a 3rd ice sheet, gymnasium, children’s area, additional multipurpose space, parking and outdoor plaza.
